CLUB WAIVER

I understand and agree that I am voluntarily taking part in activities with Hamro Run Club (HRC) and I know that the organised run, social events and other run events are potentially hazardous activities that could cause injury or death. I recognize that participation is a potentially hazardous activity and I willingly assume all risks associated with such participation, including, but not limited to, falls; contact with other participants, spectators, or others, or vehicular or other traffic; the effects of the weather, including heat and/or humidity, wind, cold, and wet or slippery surfaces; falling tree branches or other overhead objects; traffic; and the crowded nature and other conditions of the course, all such risks being known and appreciated by me.

I will not participate in any HRC events unless I am medically and physically fit. By agreement, I certify that I am in good health and medically able to participate in all events with HRC. I understand that HRC is not and cannot provide insurance or protection against injuries sustained by participations and I fully accept the risk of injury.

HAVING READ THIS WAIVER AND KNOWING THESE FACTS AND IN CONSIDERATION OF ATTENDING HRC EVENTS I, FOR MYSELF AND ANYONE ENTITLED TO ACT ON MY BEHALF, WAIVE AND RELEASE HRC AND ITS DIRECTORS, OFFICERS, SUB-CONTRACTORS, VOLUNTEERS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, MARKETERS, CLUB MEMBERS, DESIGNEES, SPONSORS AND THEIR REPRESENTATIVES AND SUCCESSORS FROM ALL CLAIMS, ACTIONS, DAMAGES, COSTS, EXPENSES, OR LIABILITIES OF ANY KIND ARISING OUT OF MY PARTICIPATION WITH HRC, EVEN THOUGH THAT LIABILITY MAY ARISE OUT OF NEGLIGENCE OR CARELESSNESS ON THE PART OF HRC AND THE ENTITIES OR PERSONS NAMED IN THIS WAIVER.
