The word "Hamro" means "our," reflecting the inclusive and supportive spirit of our community.

Over 50 of us came together in Wales to climb Snowdon, our biggest group yet, and one we’ll never forget. ⛰️

So many new faces joined us this time, and it meant so much to see people step out of their comfort zones, open up, and connect with others. Watching everyone support each other, push through the tough moments, and share those views at the top… it’s something really special.

Grateful for every single person who came along and made it what it was ❤️
Memories like these stay with you forever.

🔥 Session: 10min Warm up > Dynamic stretch > 3x Strides > 1 min on and off (x8 - 14 reps) > 10min CD
