Hamro Run Club founded in 2019 hosting weekly Social Sunday Runs in Kent, London & Hampshire.

The word "Hamro" means "our," reflecting the inclusive and supportive spirit of our community.

Our mission is to inspire people to move more through running, hiking, and connecting with a welcoming community.

Hamro Ekiden 2026 for @gurkhawelfaretrust

This is a charity that is close to the hearts of many of us, especially those with a military background.

The Gurkha Welfare Trust provides financial, medical, and community aid to retired Gurkha veterans and their widows. Operating primarily in Nepal, the charity ensures these former soldiers who have served the British Crown for over 200 years can live their later years with dignity.

Over 50 of us came together in Wales to climb Snowdon, our biggest group yet, and one we’ll never forget. ⛰️

So many new faces joined us this time, and it meant so much to see people step out of their comfort zones, open up, and connect with others. Watching everyone support each other, push through the tough moments, and share those views at the top… it’s something really special.

Grateful for every single person who came along and made it what it was ❤️
